A full refund (100% of total payment, less bank charges) may be applicable under the following circumstances:
Inability to complete the delivery of an order due to unforeseen and/or unavoidable circumstances

No refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
Cancellation of an order to the requested delivery or pick up date/time. However we will be able to schedule another day for delivery or pick up.
